Jeffrey Lee Schantz, AIA, NCARB

Jeff is a recognized thought leader, with 35 years of experience designing landmark facilities for college and universities, research institutions, federal government agencies, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical clients all over the world. His expertise includes facilities for convergence science, biomedical, engineering, aerospace, applied sciences, high containment biosafety, public health, nanotechnology, academic medical centers, animal facilities, materials sciences, cleanrooms, and teaching labs. Jeff’s design focuses on creating spaces for the convergence of engineering and biology, medicine, and therapies. This convergence thrives in clusters of excellence where collaboration creates opportunities for top research universities, academic medical centers, technology, and venture capital.

Tiffini Lovelace RA, RN

As a Registered Architect and Lab Planner, Tiffini has

more than 25 years to programming, planning, commissioning and

operating diagnostic laboratories and research vivarium located around the world. Her experience includes a diverse range of facility types including public health, containment, vaccine production and government research facilities at the national, state and local levels. Tiffini directs the detailed feasibility, programming and planning of vivarium spaces. She works directly with leadership and scientific staff on critical design and planning issues, coordinating design, documents and specifications as well as building systems coordination checks on critical areas and systems.
